A Pilates mat class for new mothers. Reconnect with your core as you build awareness of your “new” post-baby body while strengthen through mindful movement. Little ones not yet overly mobile welcome. Open to all mothers 6 weeks postpartum with medical clearance.

Prenatal

A Pilates mat class specifically designed for expectant moms! Stay strong through your pregnancy as you explore movement in your evolving body, and learn exercises that will help you reconnect with your ‘new’ body post-baby. Classes are designed to be accessible through every stage of pregnancy.

Intro to Reformer
3 weeks. 50 min classes.
Are you curious about trying reformer Pilates? Our introductory sessions are a fantastic way to experience this unique workout at a more cost-effective rate than our private introductory sessions. With a slower pace than traditional classes, you'll have the opportunity to become familiar with the equipment and gain comfort with the movements before jumping into classes. Includes an assessment so you walk away knowing which classes will be the best fit for you moving forward. Join us and discover the benefits of reformer Pilates in a supportive environment!
