Studio Etiquette & Guidelines

Doors open 10 mins prior to the start of class time. Please plan to arrive early to get yourself settled before the start of class.

Grippy socks are required for all Reformer classes and are available for purchase in studio for those who don't already have a pair.

 

Reformer, mats and all props required for participation in class (balls, rollers, rings, etc) will be provided by the studio at no additional cost.

​​

Haven is a scent free space. Please avoid wearing scents to the studio.

​

If you are feeling unwell, please stay home and rest.

​​

Space is limited. There is a bathroom onsite but no change room. Come already dressed to move in comfortable clothing.

​​​Class reservations open 2 weeks prior to the start of class. Series & Workshops reservations open as soon as they appear on the website.

​​

Waitlists will be made available for Classes/Series that have reached capacity. If space becomes available you will automatically be registered. It is your responsibility to remove yourself from a wait-list if you are no longer able to attend a Class/Series. The Cancellation/No-Show policy will apply. See Terms of Service for full policy.

Any items found in the studio will be placed in our Lost & Found. Unclaimed Lost & Found items will be donated to charity after 30 days.
