We’ll introduce you to the Pilates method as you become familiar with the equipment and movements while receiving personalized support and cueing. Customized sessions tailored to your goals, movement ability and postural alignment. Move at your pace on the Mat or Reformer with a personalized fitness program, targeted cueing and hands on adjustment. Perfect for beginners wanting personal attention, those recovering from injury or returning to movement, and experienced practitioners seeking to advance their practice through refinement and technique. Minimum 3 pack required. Keep your personal program going as long as you want! At the end of your personal program an assessment is provided so you know which class(es) will be the best fit for your continuing Pilates journey.
