Terms & Conditions

PURCHASES & PAYMENTS (for all Classes, Private Lessons & Series Passes)

  • All Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • All Passes are valid for 6 months from date of purchase, unless otherwise noted.

  • GST is not included in the advertised price and will be added at checkout.

CANCELLATIONS/NO-SHOWS

  • Registrations can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the start of any class/private lesson and 24 hours before the start of a series without penalty. Accounts will be credited.

  • Late cancellations (less than 12 hours before the start of the class/private lesson and less than 24 hours before the start of a series will result in credit(s) forfeited.

  • No-Shows (if you register for a class/private lesson/series and don’t show up) will result in credit(s) forfeited.

Waitlists

  • A waitlist will be made available if a Class/Series is full. The CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICY applies if you are registered for a Class/Series from the waitlist.
