Foundations (Mat)

If you're new to Pilates, returning to movement or looking to elevate your practice by refining your technique, this class is for you. Focused on foundational movement principles designed to increase body awareness and strengthen, this Mat class will improve functional movement and (re)establish a strong baseline for Pilates practice. Exercise exploration includes pelvic positioning, spinal mobility, breath and core connection.

All Levels Mat

For all abilities and experience levels. Classes incorporate foundational movement principles with Pilates Mat repertoire exercises to challenge your whole body. Modifications will be offered to make exercises accessible to all. Classes may incorporate props such as balls, rings and rollers (provided by Haven).

Mindful Reformer
50 mins. All Levels
A beginner friendly class that emphasizes mind/body connection through focused movement, precision and control. Whether you’re new to Pilates, returning to movement, or experienced and looking for gentler session this class is for you. Enjoy a great workout while fostering familiarity with reformer exercises. Modifications and challenges will be provided making each session beneficial for all levels.

Empower Reformer

A full-body workout that strikes the perfect balance between Mindful Reformer and our energizing/more challenging Elevate and Heat sessions. Build strength, enhance alignment, and improve stability through diverse exercises designed to embrace the full spectrum of movement!

Elevate Reformer
50 mins. Experience Recommended
Take your practice to the next level with this dynamic class designed to amplify strength and challenge your body through enhanced choreography and coordination in a supportive environment. Ideal for those with previous Pilates/Reformer experience, and/or a regular fitness routine. This invigorating session pushes your limits and refines your skills. Please note, it's not suitable for beginners/newcomers or those returning to movement.

Heat Reformer
50 mins. All Levels
A high energy Reformer class designed to get your heart rate up. Improve strength, balance and coordination with this full-body workout that incorporates low impact cardio intervals with the precision and control of Pilates.
