If you're new to Pilates, returning to movement or looking to elevate your practice by refining your technique, this class is for you. Focused on foundational movement principles designed to increase body awareness and strengthen, this Mat class will improve functional movement and (re)establish a strong baseline for Pilates practice. Exercise exploration includes pelvic positioning, spinal mobility, breath and core connection.
